Pleasant and charming place to stay 3 km away from Flamingo Land Theme Park. Neat and airy room with lovely soft water. Great to have an attached restaurant for dinner.

The location suited us.
The hotel room was small, the walls were extremely thin, you could hear everything from the next room. No privacy in this case. The bed was very rickety and disturbed your sleep every time you turned over. Not a pleasant experience at all and I will not be returning or recommending. It should not be graded as a 4 star. This is incorrect.

Not to mention, it was just a short stroll to explore the beautiful Dalby Forest, where I got to soak in nature and enjoy some picturesque walking paths.

The staff were lovely- very welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was lovely. The bar area was small and cosy. The room was gorgeous and the bathroom was bigger than expected!! And the origami towels were a lovely and unusual touch. It seemed such a shame to use them!!!!
Unfortunately the walls were very thin so everything could be heard!! Every time a door closed it woke us. And our room was directly above the games room so we could hear people playing pool that night which meant we couldn't sleep. It wasn't just mumblings we could hear. Every time a ball was hit we could hear it!!

I had a lovely two-night stay with my family. The cleanliness was amazing and the evening meal was delicious. The bar was well-stocked and had a cozy atmosphere. The environment was quiet, despite being off a main road was good.

staff was very friendly, food was good but the menu choice was quite limited, unless you liked burgers.
Thought that the room rates were too high for the standard of the hotel, our room had stained bed cover, very poor wardrobe space and no drawer space, no soundproofing, walls very thin, could hear all going on in room next door and even across the hall, also very noisy on a night with people coming and going.

The room was super comfortable with a large bed, and the shower was refreshing. I loved unwinding by the cozy fireplace and taking a dip in the relaxing hot tub. Just a heads up, the TV signal wasn't perfect, but it didn’t dampen my stay! 😊
